Challenge
Visitors had to dig through cluttered pages and message the team just to find a package or visa option.
Audience & goals
UAE residents planning trips abroad and visitors applying for visas.
Approach
- 01Discovery: mapped the questions customers asked most in Messenger and turned them into the site structure.
- 02AI UX: sketched flows and generated layout drafts with AI, then picked a search first homepage with two tabs, Tours and UAE Visa.
- 03Design: built a visual system of photo led package cards, trip length badges and clear price tags in Figma.
- 04Vibe coding: described each section to Claude Code in plain language, reviewed every change, and iterated on the real site in the browser instead of static mockups.
- 05Content: used AI to draft package descriptions and visa FAQs, then edited them with the agency team for accuracy.
- 06Polish & launch: tested on phones, tuned speed and SEO, connected the domain and handed over a site the team can update.
Solution
A clean, fast site where finding a trip takes one search and a Messenger chat.
